Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DishCapture will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
